2. Planning Assessments and/or Feasibility Studies

We provide Planning Assessments at the pre-purchase, mid-development, and resource consent application stages. ​​We understand that purchasing a property, building or subdividing is one of the biggest investments in your lifetime, so you want to get it right by being well-informed of any risks/benefits. We cater our Planning Assessments to your needs. • Our Planning Assessments provide you with a much better understanding of any Planning risks or benefits you might not have been made aware of by Council and your lawyer.

3. Resource Consents Applications

We specialize in both District and Regional Council Resource Consenting requirements. Our resource consent applications are prepared to a high standard and with our Local Government knowledge we know how to navigate Councils processes to achieved streamlined approvals and save our clients time and money.
